End-to-End Harness Assembly Services from Design to Testing
We deliver custom wiring harness assemblies for mission-critical applications in automotive, industrial, medical, robotics, and more. Our process covers everything from schematics and connector selection to assembly and 100% functional testing.
WellPCB supports both prototype and volume harness production using UL-listed components and automated wire processing equipment. Every assembly is validated with dimensional, continuity, and hi-pot testing. Whether you need a single high-reliability sample or 10,000 units, we ensure tight control, consistent quality, and fast turnaround.
Technical Capabilities & Specifications:
Our harness production capabilities support wire gauges from 4 AWG to 28 AWG, with options for PVC, Teflon, XLPE, and braided shielding jackets, and insulation rated up to 150°C. We manufacture custom wiring harnesses with multi-branch routing, overmolded junctions, EMI shielding, and waterproof sealing (IP67/IP68).
Wire and cable processing utilizes precision cut-strip-crimp machines with ±0.2 mm cut tolerance. All assemblies undergo 100% continuity and hi-pot testing, with production traceability supported by barcode serialization and in-line AOI.

Our Custom Wiring Harness Capabilities
We process a wide range of wire gauges (30 to 10 AWG) using precision CNC cutters with ±0.2 mm strip accuracy. Multiconductor and discrete wires are cut and stripped in-line for efficient harness production with tight dimensional tolerances.
Our automated wire harness assembly lines handle multi-color and multi-gauge wire bundles simultaneously. Servo-controlled feeders and inline rotary cutters support jacketed and single-core wires with optimized cycle times for large-scale harness builds.
We provide terminal crimping, ultrasonic splicing, and soldered terminations with tooling for JST, Molex, TE Connectivity, AMP, and Deutsch connectors. Crimp force monitoring ensures electrical and mechanical compliance with IPC/WHMA-A-620 Class 2 and 3 standards.
Harnesses are labeled with thermal-transfer or laser wire marking systems, supporting alphanumeric and barcode formats. Every wiring harness assembly can be serialized and tracked through barcode tagging for real-time traceability and QA documentation.
We apply flexible PVC, braided PET, or heat-shrink conduit sleeving across assemblies for abrasion, EMI, and moisture protection. Optional overmolding is available for junctions and strain relief using PVC or polyurethane injection-mold tools.
Our harnesses support flat ribbon and round cable formats, integrating multi-conductor structures (up to 50 cores) with custom spacing, pitch control, and strain-relief booting, ideal for display cables, control panels, and interconnect looms.
We use custom harness boards for controlled routing, coiling, and taping. Flat-wrap, spiral-wrap, and tape-wrapped bundles are formed per drawing, with positional accuracy of ±1 mm across all wiring harness assemblies.

Client Feedback On Custom Wiring Harnesses

As an R&D manager, I have had an outstanding experience working with WELL-PCB. For many years, our company has entrusted them with the design, manufacturing, and testing of custom wiring harnesses developed in our R&D unit, and they have consistently exceeded our expectations.

Hamid Reza Moshayedi
R&D Manager

Their work is very impressively perfect. Today, when they tested our company’s custom wiring harness after assembly, they found a potential connection issue which many engineers had never identified in the past years. But their attention to detail caught it immediately. The wiring harness quality is excellent. Their service is also excellent.

MikeZ

My friend introduced WellPCB to me, the first try, a little look forward to. I ordered a custom automotive wiring harness with 10 connection points, and I can’t wait to receive my harness. So I used expedited service and received my wiring harness in three days. I tested and installed the harness, Quality is really good, cable routing, connector crimping also great.
