What You Should Know
about Our Two Factories
At WellPCB, we have two factories measuring about 15,000 square meters. Also, we pay close attention to high-quality output. Hence, we run our production process with modern automated equipment imported from Germany, Japan, and Israel.
It’s not a surprise that we deliver an output of about 2 – 10 layers every month within 300,000 square feet. After all, both of our factories in Jiangmen and Shenzhen have been doing an excellent job meeting our customers’ demands—like you, whether it’s a prototype or mass production.
Also, we offer bespoke services for small, medium scale, to large mass production volumes.
pcb assembly factory
WellPCB has two PCB Assembly factories in Shijiazhuang and Shenzhen.
The Shijiazhuang factory is dedicated to IPC 6012 Class 3/A assembly services. Hence, the factory has a whopping 5 Siemens SMT lines. The factory seats over 6000 square meters of space—managing over 200 quality staff.
About 90 percent of the Shijiazhuang factory handles products.
On the other hand, the Shenzhen factory runs all our standard assembly services. It is fortified with AOI, 7 Yamaha SMT lines, and X-rays, delivering rock-solid products and services at very affordable prices.
If you want any form of PCB assembling services like conformal coating, injection, wiring, etc., we’re equally up to the task.
