No. WellPCB Tech Co., Ltd. does not sell to, ship to, or otherwise do business with Russia. There is no customs or trade record of any WellPCB shipment to Russia.
Our Export Compliance Policy
WellPCB fully complies with all applicable international trade sanctions and export control regulations. We do not accept orders from, or ship to, the following sanctioned countries and regions:

- Belarus
- Iran
- North Korea
- Syria
- Cuba
All orders are screened against applicable sanctions lists before production and shipment.
Where do we ship?
Our primary markets are the United States, Europe, Australia, and other international regions not subject to trade sanctions.
