What is your business hour?

We have salespeople responding to your email requests or processing your online order once we receive them. Start to review your details whenever your order or email reaches us. We work for 7/24/365.

How can I get a quote?

At WELLPCB.com, you can use our hassle-free online quote system to get your price instantly after inputting a few parameters online. Of course, you can still request a formal quotation by emailing [email protected], and our service group will send the quote within 24 hours. Please do not forget to enclose your Gerber files and all other necessary data for the PCB quotation.

FAQ of PCB–What if I am dissatisfied with PCBs from WELLPCB.com?

If you find any defects with the PCBs delivered or feel dissatisfied with our products or services, please immediately let us know via [email protected], and we will respond within 24 hours.

We will serve you until you are delighted. We will either re-fabricate your PCB in case of a defect or refund the total amount without needing to return the defective PCBs. You may also choose to credit your WELLPCB.com account and use the credit for future orders.

What if I need to cancel my order?

Orders are subject to a 100% cancellation fee. A prorated cancellation fee will be charged for canceled orders depending on fabrication status at the time of cancellation. Please contact your Salesperson immediately and follow up with a fax or e-mail to confirm and provide a written record for any verbal cancellation.

Can WELLPCB.com change my way of shipment?

Yes, when the alternate way of shipping is faster than the previously chosen courier. All we do is to ensure your best possible ordering experiences with WELLPCB.com.

What if courier company (DHL etc.,) fails to deliver my PCBs as scheduled?

There are occasions, however, when the freight carriers experience delays and make shipment errors. We regret when this happens, but we cannot be held responsible for delays by these carriers. Should the shipment be lost or unduly delayed, we will remake your PCBs order, re-ship it, and handle the problem directly with the airline.

Who will be responsible for the customs duty that may be levied in my country? WELLPCB.com manufactures the PCBs in its facilities in Shenzhen, China; Customs policies vary from country to country: some will charge duties, some will waive them. It is, however, the responsibility of the customer to comply with any import duty.

What are your capabilities for manufacturing?

We have the capabilities to manufacture most of the PCBs for our customers. For special processing requirements, please get in touch with us at [email protected], attaching your Gerber files and all other files or drawings so we can assess the feasibility to meet your requirements.
