1. What are Rigid-Flex Boards
After review by CAM engineers process and plan the related documents, the FPC and PCB production lines are engaged.
Once the design is completed, it is issued to a factory to produce flexible and rigid bonded boards.
These two boards are flexible and brutal. Once created, according to the electronic engineer’s planning requirements, the FPC and the PCB are seamlessly pressed together in the press machine.
Then through a series of specific steps, the flexible and rigid bonded boards are finally made.
These steps are critical to achieving the board requirements, and a full inspection is performed.
2.WellPCB Manufacturing
We have completed R&D for 1-4 layers flex and rigid-flex board and passed the qualification tests.
We can accept, after review, some specific requirements for rigid-flex boards. Our R&D is continuously investing in innovating other high-tech products.
